Welcome to this year’s Hammond\Ponchatoula Sunrisers Rotary Chili Cook-Off! You and your team could not have picked a better venue for Chili this season. The entire City of Hammond awaits your arrival for this exciting day of cooking, tasting, and judging of extreme Chili!!!

Schedule of Events

  • 6:30 AM - Team Arrival and Set Up

  • 8:00 AM - Cooks Meeting

  • 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Cooking Teams Cook

  • 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM - People's Choice Award Competition and Feed the Public

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Judging

  • 2:00 PM - Awards

  • 2:30 PM - Event Teardown
